With this service package you dispose of:

• secretary
• personal answering of incoming calls
• active call forwarding (by secretary)
• automatic call forwarding (by computer)
• fax service (taking incoming faxes and forward them via fax or scan)
• e-Mail-information about incoming calls (twice a day)

Signing a “Phone Only Service”- contract you immediately dispose of an individual business phone number in Hamburg. Each customer uses different digits giving the secretaries the possibility to identify the addressed company.

Whether you want “your” number to be known publically enabling your customers to call it directly, or redirecting your own office phone/ mobile phone to it respecticely – your calls will be taken by our secretaries in your company's or your personal name. Furthermore we proceed with incoming calls as you advise us to. For example we forward the call to a number you wish to be called or we inform the caller about you being unavailable at the moment taking all his information like name, number, time of call, matter of request, etc. to later inform you (regularly twice a day) via e-mail about all those incoming calls.

Providing this service neither do we count incoming calls, nor their endurances. That means you will always have a basic cost calculation, paying the service with a monthly overall charge. Extra costs will only occur through individual service activities of our secretaries which you can order any time you need them, starting with the forwarding of the calls. But what you do not need – you do not pay.
