post + address service (pas package)

With this package you dispose of:

• business adress in Hamburg
• secretary
• daily represented office
• post collection and forwarding
• forwarding via scan and mailing
• company sign at real estate entry

Signing a “Post + Adress Service”- contract you immediately dispose of a business address in Hamburg. (Using “c/o”-informations in front of your contacts is not necessary).

We will install your company name at the entry of our real estate and from there on function as your authorised office representation in Hamburg/ Germany. You do not even have to be in your office, to receive post and packages – we do this for you. You only tell us how to proceed with it, e.g. you pick it up yourself on a weekly or monthly basis, you make us forward it daily or weekly to a location of your wish, you want post scanned and sent via e-mail, … etc., etc.

Providing this service, we do not count incoming post or packages. That means you will always have a basic cost calculation, paying the service with a monthly overall charge. Extra costs will only occur through individual service activities of our sectretaries which you can order any time you need them, starting with the forwarding of your post (postage costs). But what you do not need – you do not pay.
